Chetverik G. Network measurement of socio-political stability in modern Ukraine.

The object is socio-political stability in Ukraine. The aim is to determine the tendencies of the use of Internet network and their consequences for socio-political stability in Ukraine. The methods are a content-analysis, typology, theoretical design and functional analysis. Defined theoretical and methodological bases of research network measurement socio-political stability, with a detailed correlation of political and socio-political stability. The problematic systems research and political stability among these network technologies and practices. However, the Internet affects political stability and indirectly through social and political stability as creating a new identity, transforming values, creating new virtual communities and political social networks - changes the conditions of political institutions and a political process. Were further developed research major domestic and foreign online threats and challenges to social and political stability, which was the basis for determining the capacity of the government and regulation of the Internet. Application spheres are projecting of bills and training courses.
