Kovalska M. System of principles of ecolaw of Ukraine : theoretical legal research

The dissertation is dedicated to study of theoretical and methodological foundations of system of environmental legislation principles of Ukraine at the present stage. At the thesis legal nature of this phenomenon is analyzed, main features, functions and types of abovementioned principles were determined. Sectoral, sub-sectoral and institutional principles of environmental legislation of Ukraine and theoretical and legal aspects of their relationship were analyzed in details. Details of legislative consolidation (fixation) of regulatory and enforcement principles of environmental legislation of Ukraine were found out. During systematization of correspondent branch of legislation also were studied theoretical and methodological issues of improvement of system of environmental legislation principles of Ukraine. Expressed suggestions considering content of correspondent principles, which can be officially fixed at the content of Environmental Code of Ukraine.
