Kotstuba I. Substantiation of scientific foundations of the safe collection and transportation Domestic Waste Management (on the example of Zhytomyr).

The thesis is devoted to the urgent scientific and technical problem of improving the system of solid domestic waste management while developing the program and algorithm collection of wastes disposal with regard to their morphological structure and volumes of accumulation. The offered technique for the volume of SDW accumulation allows to predict the level of its development taking into account the level of socio-economic factors and estimated SDW morphological composition depending on the seasons of the year for organizing collection and removal of SDW in Zhytomyr. Results of computer modeling and the analytical calculations demonstrate the dependence of approximations between the main parameters of a network of points of SDW collection: the dependence between the time of movement and the distance; dependence between the time of loading and the number of containers at the point of collection and degree of their filling. Having used this program and algorithm to the export of domestic solid waste, we calculated the required number of containers and other equipment for Zhytomyr. The development of this program allowed to reduce the mileage garbage trucks, their number, the time of loading, the number of employees and reduced the annual costs of the enterprise on 13 %.
