The dissertation is devoted to studying the role of gene polymorphism of peroxisome proliferator-activating receptor ?, plasma levels of vasoactive peptides, changes in the structural and functional state of the heart in women with CHF II A stage, in order to improve prediction and diagnosis of development of heart failure in patients with essential hypertension who are resident in the Vinnytsia region. It is established that the inheritance of allele Ala PPAR? gene is associated with the development of essential hypertension and heart failure on its background. If you have an existing illness, homozygous carriage of allele Pro is associated with more pronounced changes in the structural and functional state of the heart and significantly higher plasma concentration of BNP. In women with CHF increase levels of CNP and ET-1 in plasma is determined by the severity of the disease and is independent of PPAR? gene carriers.
