Essay

Object of research: management of the personnel in the conditions of innovative activity of the construction enterprise. Aim: development of theoretical approaches and scientific and practical development concerning human resource management in the conditions of innovative activity of the construction enterprises at the expense of realization of innovative methods of motivation. Methods of research: method of theoretical generalization, method of the comparative analysis, static, settlement and constructive analysis, method of an expert assessment and qualimetrical method. Determined: features of human resource management at the enterprises in the conditions of innovative activity. Improved: personnel management system of the construction enterprises in the conditions of innovative activity by use of humanistic approach which is based on formation innovative subsystems for providing increase in innovative activity of the enterprise; conceptual model of management of motivation of the personnel in the conditions of innovative activity of the construction enterprises which is based on use of innovative methods of motivation taking into account interests of the enterprise and interests of workers that promotes increase of efficiency of activity of the construction enterprises and increase of interest of workers. Implemented: methodical approach to development and deployment of system of grades, as innovative method of motivation of the personnel which is aimed on positive motivation to highly effective and expedient work of the personnel of the construction enterprises at the expense of ranging and determination of value of positions. Use sphere: enterprises of construction branch and higher educational institutions.
