The object of the research is the formation of the regulation mechanism of chargeable water usage; goal - the development of theoretical and applied principles of improving the mechanism of water charges; methods of the research include dialectical, economic and statistic, comparative analysis, monographic, graphical, index, modeling; innovation - new mechanism for new water levy is developed, definitions of terms are improved, methodical base of chargeable water usage and the directions of its reform are determined; the results of the research will allow to improve the mechanism of chargeable water usage, introduced into economic practice.
