Leshchyna I. The system of diagnostics, prevention and correction non-psychotic mental disorders at medical students

During work with the purpose of development of the scientifically determined system of diagnostics, psychoprevention and psychcorrection non-psychotic mental disorders at students, set and systematized clinical-anamnestic, clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostical, social-demographic aspects the state of mental health medical students, the features of clinical structure and frequency of new cases during teaching of non-psychotic mental disorders was found depending on their sex and system of organization of educational process. General and specific markers ofreceptivity-resistanceof origin non-psychotic mental disorders at medical students ware determined.Stability (reproducibility of measurements), usefulness of row psychodiagnostical methods and their indexesfor the realization of mass examinations of student young people were demonstrated, which are the markers-targets of psychoprevention and psychcorrection influence.The system of diagnostics, prevention and correction non-psychotic mental disorders at students was developed, which consists of three blocs: early diagnostics (screening for mass examinations); complex psychoprevention measures (stage-by-stage selection of risk groups, potentiation of markers- resistance, individualized affecting on markers-targets); complex psychcorrection programs (removal of pathological changes in emotional, effector-volitional, cognitive spheres, warning of aggravating of psychical disturbances and correction of personality, social descriptions of examined).
