Gudyma M. Subject matter of a contract for travel services under the laws of Ukraine

The Candidate's dissertation is an independent and profound research work, which is based on the analysis of current legislation of Ukraine in the field of tourism, the views of civilist scientists, compilation and analysis of contractual practice of tour operators and travel agents, research of the subject matter of contract for travel services are performed. The concept of "tourism product" are proposed to exclude from the legal terminology. Author's definition of the subject matter of the contract for travel services, which is a tourist service are formulated. The definition of subject of the contract for travel services are found out for the delimitation of obligations hereunder from similar contractual obligations. The influence of the subject matter of a contact on its other elements are determined. The result of the study was the formation of a number of scientific conclusions and proposals for improvement of the current civil legislation in the field of tourism.
