Lukyanova O. The process management formation at construction companies in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical recommendations of the process management formation at construction companies in Ukraine in modern conditions (taking into account their limited resources and the balanced scorecard requirements. In this paper we define the theoretical basis for the process management formation in the company. The construction companies business processes' forming comprehensive approach has been developed, which provides the target segment based priority item, what is created by the business processes interconnected network and the product that satisfies the customers' specific needs. The existing business processes efficiency evaluation and improving criteria system have been formed which also takes into account the limited resources of the construction company and the balanced system modern strategic orientation indicators requirements to establish the meters impact of the business processes specific clear line, comprehensive analysis allowing and timely adjust to avoid unwanted consequences of non-professional process management formation. The construction companies business processes adjusting approach is given in their activities volatile environment, which allows them to quickly adapt to change through the use of repeated cycles of the decision process based on preparation, implementation, improvement and development of the business process, that taking into account not only act to the planning, operation, inspection and adjustment. The construction companies organizational structure reform methodical approach is used, what allows to take into account the diversified businesses transformation process-oriented features, geographically remote offices and achieve greater flexibility, to improve environment changes reaction speed and production efficiency.
