Thesis is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological provisions for forming integrated management crew shipping company in modern conditions by harmonizing the interests of the shipowner and seafarer candidate. The thesis formed a complex system of crew shipping company based process approach. The components of the proposed control system are the internal and external factors of influence, target setting, business processes and their elements for coordination of a complex of standardized information models. Use in practice the proposed system will ensure the provision of competitive services for crew selection of guaranteed social and legal protection of seafarers. The system performance evaluation of unit crewing shipping company that includes quantitative and qualitative parameters characterizing the work on the selection of candidates and the formation of crews on vessels, with a reserve of sailors and early cancellation sailors from ships. To improve the efficiency of the unit crewing shipping company methodical approach to optimize delivery route variables crews on vessels and their repatriation to Ukraine by a two-step decision process.
