Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of treatment сочетанной to a pathology of a uterus and ovariums on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, endocrinological and morphological features, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. New aspects of patogenesise complex pathologies of a uterus and ovariums on the basis of the established interrelations between clinical, ehografical, doplerometrical, endocrinological and morphological changes are studied. The localisation role miomatose knots and morphological features of good-quality formations ovariums in development complex is shown a pathology of a uterus and ovariums. Changes endocrinological status depending on prevalence of a concrete pathology of reproductive system are presented. Comparative aspects of a clinical current complex are shown a pathology at patients with various localisation miomatose knots and morphological structure of new growths ovariums. The advanced algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions at patients with complex pathology of a uterus and ovariums with use modern endoscopical technologies, correction of dyshormonal infringements and metabolic therapy is developed.
