Negrebetskaja J. Tactics of conducting women of reproductive age with genital endometriosis against a pathology of mammary glands.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics and forecasting of a pathology of mammary glands at women with genital endometriosis on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, doplerometrical and endocrinological features, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm diagnostic and forecasting actions. The role of genital endometriosis in genesise of developments of a good-quality pathology of mammary glands is studied, and forms of these of most often meeting diseases are shown. Influence accompanying extragenital is shown a pathology (liver and thyroid gland disease) on development genital endometriosis and various forms fibroce-cystes mastopatia. It is shown an essential role of a combination genital endometriosis and a pathology of mammary glands in development of infringements of reproductive function. The most informative markers of forecasting and early diagnostics of various forms fibroce-cystes mastopatia with the account endocrinological, ehografical and doplerometrical parametres are allocated. Available data about patogenesise of genital endometriosis and a pathology of mammary glands have allowed to expand the received results, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of algorithm forecasting and diagnostic actions that allows correction carried out treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
