Kukurudz S. Tactics of carrying out of auxiliary reproductive technologies at patients after the transferred operations on uterus appendages.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of restoration of reproductive function at women with operative appendages on the basis of studying at them clinical-functional, endocrinological and endoscopical features, and also working out and introductions of a complex of medical-diagnostic actions with use auxiliary reproductive technologies. The role of a functional condition ovariums and uterine tubes after operations on uterus appendages in development of female barreness is shown. Features of gynecologic disease and a condition ovarial reserve depending on volume of operations on uterus appendages are presented. The interrelation between volume of operations on appendages of a uterus and infringements of a functional condition hypotalamical-hypofizarical-ovariums systems and ovarial reserve is presented. It has allowed races to expand the available data about patogenesise female barreness and scientifically to prove necessity of use of an advanced technique auxiliary reproductive technologies at patients with operations on uterus appendages in the anamnesis. features of structure, the reproductive anamnesis, duration and treatment of barreness at women of this group are studied. Comparative aspects of a clinical current of barreness at patients with various volume of operative intervention on ovariums and uterine tubes are shown.
