Essay

Object is physical processes in the M-type devices operating near to the cutoff parabola. Goal is to reveal the relation between the crossed field magnitude and the conditions for the oscillations occurrence in such devices. Research methods are the theoretical analysis, experimental methods. It is created the analytical model of electron-wave interaction which is general for different types of an electron movement. Correctness of the selected physical model is experimentally confirmed. The principle of construction of M-type devices which is based on use of the large-orbit electron movement is proposed. Usage area is physical electronics, development of microwave sources.
