Essay

This thesis deals with a problem of guarantees for a state sovereignty of Ukraine. The paper provides the clarifications of the basic theoretical ideas on state sovereignty topic. The historical sources of "state sovereignty" and "national sovereignty" also have been considered. The author demonstrated main sovereign rights of modern state and main current approaches to their classification. He analyzed the developmental tendency for category "state sovereignty" in globalization and international integration conditions. Special attention was paid to the European guarantees of state sovereignty in legal, military, economic and diplomatic areas.
