Bala R. Economic evaluation and development of coaching at industrial enterprises

The object of research is the evaluation and development of coaching at industrial enterprises. The aim of the work is developing theoretical concepts and applied recommendations on economic evaluation and development of coaching at industrial enterprises. The author used the following methods: systematic, logical generalization, the method of systematic approach, economic and statistical analysis, surveys, expert reviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, process-structured management, graphical, method of linear programming, comparison, ranking, matrix, scores and expert. The theoretical value of the work is to disclose the process of coaching at the enterprise, development of models of its professional use and economic evaluation of using coaching. Scientific novelty are: the proposed method evaluation of the effectiveness of the application of coaching at an industrial enterprise that helps identify existing good use coaching on the basis of evaluation of six groups of indicators, classification of coaching for industrial enterprises, the method of developing a package of measures to implement the couching of communication in the enterprise; model professional application for coaching. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological applied principles of economic evaluation and development of coaching at industrial enterprises. Recommendations applicable to the author's economic evaluation and development of coaching at industrial enterprises. The area of authors recommendations is national industrial enterprises.
