Adakhovska N. Guardianship of property under the civil law of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the guardianship of property under the civil law of Ukraine. For the first time in Ukrainian civil law science there was developed а doctrinal definition of the guardianship over the property of persons basing on analysis of current legislation of Ukraine; there was determined its content and legal nature. There were characterized features of the formation and development of the institution of the guardianship over the property in Ukraine and in the countries of continental legal family; there were revealed peculiarities of legal regulation of relations with the guardianship of property under current civil legislation of Ukraine; there was studied the system of legal relations on the guardianship of the property; there was defined the concept and types of legal facts in legal relations on the guardianship of the property; there was determined the role and place of the guardianship bodies in the legal relations on guardianship of the property and special features of their civil capacity. There were formulated the scientific theoretical and practical recommendations concerning legal regulation of relations that arise during the installation or implementation of the guardianship over the property.
