Korniychuk T. Heathen and christian diskurs in Ivan Kotlyarevsky's creation

Object: lyric and epic, lyric and dramatic works of I. Kotliarevsky which contain information about historical, social and living, cultural and aesthetic aspects of Ukrainian spirituality. Aim: to investigate ideological and religious peculiarities of I. Kotliarevsky's creative work in historical and literary context from the end of XVIII till the beginning of XIX century, nature of interaction of two religious formations - paganism and Christianity in the writer's work. Practical value: the results of the work can be used when comping textbooks, manuals in History of Ukrainian literature. Metods: cultural and historical, comparative historical, hermeneutic.
