Essay

The analytical method for determining the size and shape blank for extractor hood box-shaped products using the metod potential. A mathematical model of the process of "inverse" extractor hood thin-walled hollow box-shaped products. Based on the generalized mathematical model of extraction hollow box-shaped products created an algorithm and program for calculating the size and shape blank for extractor hood box-shaped products. Experimental and theoretical studies have confirmed the possibility of developing methods for determining the size and shape of blank for extractor hood box-shaped products by using the method of potential, showed a satisfactory correlation between the results obtained experimentally and calculated using software developed on the basis of appropriate mathematical models of processes.
