Object - a set of words (nomen) special furniture vocabulary Ukrainian language. The goal - a comprehensive linguistic analysis of the names of furniture dwelling organized as part of the vocabulary of the modern Ukrainian language. Methods - descriptive linguistic observation, comparison, generalization, and component methods of quantitative analysis. The dissertation studied linguistics in the Ukrainian name furniture dwelling. Reflects the history of the formation of the thematic groups in the Ukrainian language vocabulary, identified the historical stages of its formation, characterized by the lexical-thematic paradigm of furniture items, identified lexical and semantic features and the typical signs of cognitive names of furniture, described their grammatical and derivational structure.
