Object - the parameters of the wear process of working bodies of crushing and milling equipment, the goal-improving efficiency of working bodies of crushing and milling equipment through the records of their durability, as well as increase the durability of the equipment during design and operation; objectives - improving working efficiency of crushing and milling equipment by creating a systematic approach to the calculation and design of the working bodies of crushing and milling equipment, in particular, jaw crushers, rock and pipe mills, results-established model of endurance endurance through wear and basic parameters of damage to (and h, and D) in the form of working bodies of recursive adaptive Kalman filter - Byussi feedback, defined integral indicator of operating performance of crushing and milling equipment according to the existing classifier, created a modified technique of forced test of endurance, durability and reliability znosokontaktnih friction pairs of crushing and milling equipment, carried out a systematic study of parameters of complex tribological wear in their relationship with the stress- strained state of the friction pairs of these machines, and through it, determine the parameters of endurance (Beckwith, bR, N0), taking into account technological and operational factors.
