Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of elementary school teachers training for pedagogically correct use of information-communication technologies in education of children with disabilities, especially with visual impairment, under conditions of inclusive education. The system of special typhloinformation competences was described, the methods of teachers training and corresponding educational course were elaborated. The methodical approach of computer-oriented system of education of children with visual impairment was developed.
