Kokhanovsky V. Term of the powers of the head of state in Ukraine and foreing countries^ a comparative-constitutional analysis

The thesis attempts to comprehensive comparative study of the current scientific question for state - the term of the authority of head of state in Ukraine and foreign countries. In it's three sections the status of the development of theme is highlighted, the genesis of legal regulation and methodological foundations are revealed; the notion of the term of the powers as element of the constitutional-legal status of the President of Ukraine is proposed and the legal entity of this notion is defined; comparative-constitutional analysis of temporal limits of the powers of the head of state in Ukraine and foreign countries is made; the criteria for the classification of the constitutional terms of powers of the head of state are summarized, the grounds and procedures for termination of the powers of head of state in Ukraine based on foreign experience are grounded.
