Essay

The thesis focuses on the problem of the legal norms in the municipal law of Ukraine. The research of the basic stages of its academic developments has been highlighted; the normative perfection of the legal norms in the municipal law of Ukraine has been characterized. The legal norm in the municipal law of Ukraine has been defined. The study has also found out some attributes of the legal norms in the municipal law as well as the municipal legal norms themselves have been classified according to the relevant differential criteria. The functional properties of the legal norms in the municipal law have been defined and analyzed.
