Essay

The object of investigation is technology of rapeseed oil amidation by aminoethylethanolamine. The aim of work is scientific and practical foundation and development of perspective technology of surface-active diacylglycerol and alkylimadazolines obtaining by triacylglycerol of rapeseed oil amidation with aminoethylethanolamine. Methods of investigations: chromatographic, titrimetric, infra-red spectroscopy, differential method of analysis, group addition method, stalagmometric method, Du-Nui method, standard methods; mathematical methods with use of Microsoft Excel, Mathcad , Mathlab, Hyperchem. Theoretical and practical results: technology and technological scheme of rapeseed oil amidation by aminoethylethanolamine and concentrates of diacylglycerol and alkylimidazolines obtaining have been developed. Kinetic and statistical mathematical models have been created. Surface-active properties of obtained products have been evaluated. Scientific novelty: firstly proved that mono-, diacylglycerines as well as fatty acid alkylimidazolines are formed during reaction of rapeseed oil amidation. Have been determined that rapeseed oil amidation reaction passing by stages with formation of hydrogen bonds, mechanism of interaction have been proposed. New scientific data about kinetic and thermodynamic of rapeseed oil triacylglycerine amidation with aminoethylethanolamine have been obtained. Kinetic model of amidation process have been created. Technological parameters which is required for maximum outputs of aim components have been determined and statistical mathematical model have been created. Diacylglycerol and alkylimidazolines concentrates have been obtained and surface-active properties of them have been determined. Introduction: results of investigations are introduce in LLC "NHI Service" (c. Kyiv). Scope of application: oil-and-fat industry, food, perfume, cosmetic and technical industries.
