The essence of development of the personnel of agriculture enterprises is specified. The types of development of the personnel are classified. The principles of development of the personnel are offered. The main ways of improving the organization and information bases of development of the personnel are determined. The result of research will be providing recommendations for development of the personnel and enterprises, when the competition is strengthening. Those are: designing the methodological estimation; to research the common condition of development of the personnel.
