Object of study - the processes of growth and development of plants, the formation of crop, quality of output of cucumber hybrids under different sowing. The aim of the study was to improve the technological elements of heterosis hybrids of cucumber cultivation for manufacturing high-quality gherkins and extend the timing of its receipt. The bee pollinated hybrids Zabara F1 (14,0 t/ha) and Oktopus F1 (16,8 t/ha) and partenocarpic hybrids Pasalimo F1 (21,8 t/ha) and Marynda F1 (21,9 t/ha) were characterized by the highest yield capacity of gherkins of 1-st fraction. The highest yield capacity of gherkins of 2-nd fraction were assigned in bee pollinated hybrids Zabara F1 - 17,7 t/ha, Oktopus F1 - 15,9 t/ha and partenocarpic hybrids Satina F1 - 26,6 t/ha and Pasalimo F1 - 27,3 t/ha. The optimal sowing term of hybrid Slobozhanskyy F1 is the first five days of May, hybrid Zabara F1 - the first and the third five days of May and the first five days of June. Among the sortiment of studied hybrids of cucumbers the highest level of profitability was reached at growing of bee pollinated hybrids Zabara F1 (44,9 %) and Oktopus F1 (44,3 %) and partenocarpic hybrids Satina F1 (53,5 %), Pasalimo F1 (79,0 %) and Marynda F1 (65,6 %). In the trail of studying optimal sowing terms the hybrid Slobozhanskyy F1 had the high level of profitability (57,6 %) when it was sowed in the first five days of May. The sowing of hybrids Zabara F1 in the first and the third five days of May and in the first five days of June showed that the level of profitability reached 57,8; 59,0 and 12,4 % accordingly.
