The study is devoted to improving the treatment of infertility caused by low forms of external genital endometriosis after laparoscopic operations through a comprehensive training to stimulate ovulation and controlled ovulation induction. Designed and proposed a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation of reproductive function in women with infertility caused by low forms of endometriosis, included: refusal to waiting tactics, use of cocci within 2 months after surgery; of immune in the early postoperative period as a component of a comprehensive preparation for the multi-stimulation of ovulation the next menstrual cycle after discontinuation of cocci, controlled ovulation induction and / or use of assisted reproductive technologies and promote onset of pregnancy in 38.7% patients, which is 20.7% more in comparison with the traditional tactics of treatment of such cases.
