Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of training of skilled labor for the construction industry - through the development of organizational and economic mechanism for implementing innovative technology training for using the resource base of modern construction companies operating on the principles of self-regulation. In this paper, the theoretical bases of forming the construction industry workforce, reasonably impact on construction employment market and create new jobs. Construction sector in Ukraine is not a sufficient level serves as an essential component of the socio-economic development of society, and in terms of the relative volumes of housing construction lags behind neighboring post-Soviet countries by 2-4 times. Analysis of the current state of training workers, shows that outdated material and technical base of VET training prevents workers 4.5 level. Improved organizational and economic model training the workforce in regional centers with modular training resource base of modern enterprises. Introduction of modular technology education in the Institute provides self improve workforce training and reduce costs by 50%. Introduced socio-economic mechanism of continuous professional training with the use of the resource base allows enterprises to bring the system of labor training personnel to European standards.
