Bilenko M. Building contract in the civil law of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to research of features of the building contract in the civil law of Ukraine. In the work a concept and subject of building contract are determined, a legal nature of building contract is founded and dissociation of this type of contractual obligation is conducted from other contractual constructions. Normative basis of adjusting of relations by building contract is researched, and also subject composition and maintenance of inferior obligations are found out in the field of the investigated legal relationships. The rights and duties both parties of the building contract - contractor and customer are analyzed. The order of conclusion of building contract is determined in dissertation; the features of fulfilling commitment of building contract are analyzed. Terms, grounds and limits of responsibility of parties are determined in this type of contractual obligation. The dynamic of building contractual obligations is researched and the possible ways of improvement of current legislation are offered in the field of providing of the proper implementation of contracts in building. The concrete suggestions are determined and send to perfection of current legislation in the field of the legal adjusting of the investigated legal relationships.
