Gosha I. Constitutional and legal framework harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU law: theory and practice

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of the doctrinal and practical aspects of the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU law. The features of the interaction of the legal systems of different levels in the context of globalization in the law. Harmonization is seen as a form of such interaction. Harmonisation investigated from the standpoint of globalization, convergence of legal systems, tools, and ways of modernizing the legal system. Explore the historic and normative aspects of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU law. Based on this analysis the author has developed proposals to improve the legal system of Ukraine in the context of cooperation with the EU.
