The thesis is concerned with comprehensive research of the fundamental and the practical issues of the constitutional and legal framework of the European regional government standards. It also focuses upon the methodological and the normative aspects of the constitutional and legal framework of the European regional government standards in Ukraine. The author has carried out analysis of the most vital problems thereof lying in implementation of these standards in the national constitutional law and the correlation of the European regional policy, regionalism and the aforementioned standards with the national legislation of Ukraine.
