Dissertation is devoted to the scientific grounding for the choice of effective heat treatment and storage, which allowed reducing energy consumption and maintaining the quality of grain small grain's cultures. The results of theoretical and experimental research properties and characteristics of small grain's cultures. Specific consumption of air for active aeration of grain, clarified maximum allowable temperatures of heating and drying regimes of small grain's cultures, has been identified. The recommendations for drying, cooling and storage of small grain's cultures
