Shapovalova O. Problems of the Penalization of Crimes in the Sphere of Economic Activity

In this research, the concept of the penalization of crimes in the sphere of economic activity is conducted and its characteristics in terms of the generic object of these crimes, mechanism of injury, subjects, specificity of reaching the goals of punishments for their commitment is found out. The concept and features of the system of punishments prescribed by section VII Special Part of the Criminal Code are analysed, within the framework of it the subsystems of property punishments, punishments that restrict personal freedom, labor and other rights of prisoners are identified and considered. The particular punishments in terms of the expediency of their establishment and efficiency in the sphere of economic activity are considered.
