Essay

It was done the analysis of foreign criminal and election law in order financing. It was held the analysis of social conditioning criminalization disturbance financing the election campaign candidate, political party (bloc). The content of objective and subjective elements were analysed of the offense under the art. 159-1 of Ukraine's Criminal Code. It was given the suggestions to improve the criminal law, which would provide criminal penalties for violation of financing the election campaign candidate, political party (bloc), as well as national electoral legislation.
