Essay

The results of this research show that elaborated haemo-conserving agent Adgluphocit belongs to group of actually harmless solutions. Clinical study of Adgluphocit while conducting therapeutic plasmapheresis in patients with autoimmune disorders showed that Adgluphocit effectivelly stabilized blood; there were no cases of blood microclots and haemolisys detected; transfusions of red blood cells, stored with this haemo-conserving agent, were well tolarated by patients. For the first time the technology of industrial production of haemo-conserving agent Adgluphocit was developed and standardized. Its production was initiated and the agent has been introduced into practice of Ukrainian medical establishments.
