Essay

Associative connection of the erythrocyte antigen Cw of the Rhesus system with the autoimmune haemolytic anaemia is established. Infringements of an expression of complement regulatory proteins in the form of authentic decrease in shares CD55+ and CD59+ RBCs and the mean fluorescence intensities (MFIs) of these molecules on the erythrocytes membrane are revealed. Patients with a sharp current and haemolytic crisis of AIHA showed significantly lower CD55 expression on RBCs than individuals with the chronic current out of crisis.
