Gordienko O. Technologies of the processing of chlorinated pesticide chemicals with obtaining oil additives

The reagent recycling schemes of useless pesticide chemicals based on chlorine-containing alkyl-, aryl(hetaryl)carboxylic acids have been developed and established the optimal technological parameters of the selection of carboxylic acids. The interaction of selected carboxylic acid with salts of some 3d-metals has been explored and determined the technological parameters of their receipt. It has been investigated a tribotechnical and anticorrosive properties of products of the reagent processing of pesticide chemicals based on chlorine-containing carboxylic acids, which makes it possible to recommend them as antifriction and antiwear additives for industrial oils, inhibitors of the acid corrosion of steel. A flowsheet of reagent recycling of useless pesticide chemicals based on chlorine-containing carboxylic acids has been proposed. Tribotechnical properties of oil compositions based on regenerated industrial oil and products of the reagent processing of useless pesticide chemicals of arylcarboxylic acids have been investigated.
