Essay

Parallel development and one-directed manifestation of genotoxic and immunological changes concerning carcinogenesis has been determined. Presence of valid correlative connection between them is most expressed in the first month of the experiment. The main stages of the accelerated testing and hygienic regulation of the genotoxic carcinogenes have been formulated. They include the establishment of dose-effect dependence of the early genotoxic and immunosuppressive changes; determination of minimum effective and maximum uneffective doses; calculation of tentative safe exposure levels have been formulated. At the presence of carcinogenic potential data a scale for carcinogenic risk indices and determination of the permittable allowable concentration on its base may be calculated.
