Pavlishin A. Autodermoplasty wound defects in patients with diabetic foot syndrome by relief autoshred.

The dissertation provides theoretical generalization and a new scientific solution to the problem for the improvement of manufacturability and the results of autodermoplasty of acute and chronic wounds in patients with diabetic foot syndrome with relief autodermal shred. The features of the clinical course of acute and chronic wounds in patients with diabetic foot syndrome were studied in the paper, especially microbial contamination and cytology wound healing. The morphological changes of tissues in acute and chronic wounds in patients with diabetic foot syndrome were studied as well. The original method of autodermal closure of wound defects was proposed in patients with diabetic foot syndrome with the help of relief autodermotransplant with variable cross-section. It was discovered that autodermoplasty of wound defects in patients with diabetic foot syndrome with the help of relief autoshred allows getting better results than autodermoplasty with planar flap: less ulceration and the formation of dermatogenic contractures were observed, relief autoshreds better withstand stress. A number of original autodermoplasty techniques were proposed, which allow the improvemnt of manufacturability of autodermoplasty performance.
