Essay

The thesis is devoted to the task of improving the long-term effects of surgical treatment of cholecystolytiasis and non-calculous choletcystopaty by optimizing the indications for cholecystectomy, prediction, prevention and correction postcholecystectomical syndrome. A comparison of the incidence and structure postcholecystectomical syndrome as a result of the retrospective study materials of clinics Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Hospital from 2005 to 2010. Analysis of the prospective phase of the research indicate that the application of alternative indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy versus classic indications incidence postcholecystectomical syndrome not only growing, but also significantly reduced from 6.3 to 2.4 %. The quality of life is normalized with the same type dynamics in both groups compared. For the diagnosis of Oddi's sphincter dysfunction of biliary applied dynamic sonography. When organic etiology was confirmed the endoscopic papilotomiy was applied, while inorganic etiology was confirmed used medication. The proposed diagnostic and treatment algorithm for correcting dysfunction of the Oddi's sphincter.
