The author presents test system IFA which allows to define Ig G ЕV Koksaki and ЕСНО, the developed test systems IFA having high specificity from viruses of a poliomyelitis depending on level of antibodies to viruses of a poliomyelitis and inoculative the anamnesis concerning this infection.
