Essay

Aggregate of naturally-economic, organizationally-economic and socio-economic relations of information society as the environment of the balanced functioning and sustainable development of representative firm; theoretical and methodological finding out of substance of socio-economic nature of firm as an institutional entity of market economy, detection of forms and directions of firm nature modification under the conditions of information society establishment, in the transitional economy of inverse type as well; methodological basis of research is presented by the dialectical method of cognition and systems approach to the study of the socio-economic phenomena and processes.Scientific and special methods are used: integrity of logical and historical; methods of scientific abstraction, generalization and comparison; method of cause-and-effect relations and neoinstitutional approaches;tool of marginal analysis and graphic methods; functional and system approaches;practical value is conditioned by reasonability of their use when grounding programs of enterprise sector of Ukraine economy reformation through creation of system of effective institutes; scientific novelty consists in finding out of directions of harmonization of economic efficiency relations and social responsibility at the microlevel of management and on this basis - determination of principles of general economic balance under the conditions of information society establishment; it is introduced; during development of socio-economic strategy of firm, specific purpose programs of government and political parties, and also in the process of preparation and teaching of economic courses for the students of higher educational establishments and listeners of the system of refresher training.
