The thesis contains a comprehensive investigation of crime related to the bankruptcy. It is determined the degree of public danger, the prevalence of abuses and confirmed the necessity of criminal protection of the relations of bankruptcy in Ukraine. An juridical analysis of the crime related to the bankruptcy of businesses has done; practical recommendations for the qualification of the examined crime are produced; proposals for improving the legislation about criminal responsibility for crime related to the bankruptcy of legal entities are formed.
