Essay

Dissertation is devoted to solution of urgent scientific problem - reclamation of disturbed mining soils by transformation them to quasi-natural carbonic-deposition landscapes for the purpose of improving ecological safety standard of region. The environmental condition assessment and conditions of formation of quasi-natural landscapes on surfaces of reclaimed waste banks and their compliances to standard of the natural were executed. Mine technical and biological reclaiming of coal mines waste banks promote transformation of their surfaces to quasi-natural landscapes was found. A method for evaluating and predicting performance of carbon deposition by afforestation's waste banks was developed, the appropriate calculations were made and the opportunities and prospects of using of waste banks surfaces for generate to quasi-natural carbonic-deposition landscapes were examined. A method of determining the geometric parameters of the terraces and their location on the slopes of waste banks during mine technical phase of reclaiming was improved, and also the main principles of construction and operation algorithms of geographic information system to analyze satellite images of waste banks of coal mines were proposed. A possibility of the rational use of Robinia's wood for industrial purposes after forest life cycle on the surfaces of coal mines waste banks, particularly securing in the underground mine workings was substantiated.
