Thesis is devoted to the theme of physiological-hygienic valuation of influence of factors of secondary boarding schools in different geographical zones of iodine deficiency to morphologyfunctional development and adaptation of 6-7-years old children of the first-year study in the dynamics. It was established that there is a connection of their physical development, functional state of blood system, mental abilities, readiness to study if iodine is ensured. Moreover one should devote great influence of real nourishment and iodine supplying to children's development and adaptation in the process of studying. It was detected that there is an adaptation delaying in the proper periods of the establishment, definite criteria of the formation of risk groups of unsatisfactory adaptation at the period of entering of children to the secondary boarding schools. Ways of optimal circumstances of their vital functions are ascertained.
