Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the jurisdiction of the constitutional justice agencies as a major element of their constitutional and legal status. The essence and content of the jurisdiction of the constitutional justice agencies is established. Terminology related to the researched topic is improved. The correlation of the notion "constitutional jurisdiction" with the related notions, such as "constitutional justice", "constitutional control", "constitutional judiciary" is defined. The current state of the constitutional and legal regulation concerning jurisdiction of the constitutional justice agencies in Ukraine and abroad is analyzed. General characteristic of the jurisdiction of the constitutional justice agencies is provided.
