The theoretical and practical problems in determining the legal nature and content of the non-property rights of business entities, procedures, and methods of implementation and protection of these rights are revealed and solved in the dissertation.The right to manage the company and the right to receive information about the company are a kind of non-property rights closely connected with the members of societies' right, but cannot be assessed as personal rights.In view of this, the author of thesis proposes a return to the classification of civil rights that existed before,for property and non-property.
