Object - the process of making concrete mixes for different purposes; goal - the creation of a universal and cost-effective mixer that combines the advantages of the gravitational force and the principles of mixing as a result of the disclosure of the mechanism of motion of particles of concrete at various stages of its preparation in a cascade mode; methods - the fundamentals of theoretical and analytical mechanics, statistical processing of the experimental data, the method of design of experiments, computer programs Microsoft Office, Compass 3D, MathCAD; novelty - found patterns to describe the preparation of concrete mixes for different purposes using the mixer gravity-forced action with the justification conditions of particles of concrete on the shoulder blade housing and shaft, as well as in the working space vehicles at various stages of its preparation, identifies areas of rational modes of mixer; results - the creation and testing of the concrete mixer gravitational force acts defined rational modes of operation of the machine for concrete mixing different mobility and destination; scope of use - construction site and factory production of concrete mixes different mobility and function.
