Campi O. Legal regulation of economic activity of joint investment with participation of joint investment institutions.

The scientific work is dedicated to the problems of legal regulation of economic activities on joint investment with joint investment institutions participation. Social - economic preconditions of origin and development of economic activities on joint investment have been analyzed, legal essence of the notion, contents and peculiarities of economic activities on joint investment with the joint investment institutions participation have been elucidated, legal principles of carrying out the economic activities on joint investment in the contemporary conditions of Ukraine's economy have been investigated. The legal status of the agents of economic activities on joint investment has been characterized, their structure has been cleared up, the classification of the agents mentioned taking into account their particular features has been made, the analysis of the conditions of legitimating of the agents of economic activities on joint investment and legal issues of putting an end of economic activities on joint investment has been carried out. Particular attention has been paid to the problem of correlation of state regulation and market self-regulation in the sphere of joint investment. A number of propositions concerning the formation of optimal mechanism of joint investment sphere regulation have been elucidated.
